Ban Gas-Powered Leaf Blower Use

These monstrosities generate multiple forms of harmful pollution; unregulated toxic emissions (many times more than any full-sized Amercan car), dust/particulate pollution (including Valley Fever & other toxic molds in many areas) within a 500-foot radius, unregulated noise, etc. The hot wind that they generate is also harmful to vegetation & animals. These devices are a significant hazard to our environment and to life. Moreover - they are unnecessary in most cases of their intended usage. Lightweight, wide rakes and pushbrooms can do a better, safer & more efficient clean-up job in most situations. Leaf Blowers are already banned in numerous cities, townships, schools & health facilities in many states - for good reason. Landscape workers are affected most, yet we are all affected by it.
