Preserve the CEMEX Redwoods Area in its natural state. Do not allow public access, which would inevitably exacerbate the danger of devastating forest fires.
Why is this important?
Preventing commercial development of the CEMEX area is a commendable idea. However, opening the area to human activity such as camping, hiking, biking, picnicking, and horseback riding would negatively impact all Bonny Doon residents by greatly increasing the ever present danger of devastating forest fires.
