With this bill congress will be expected to do their jobs in an alotted time to either do well for the American people. It is in a hope that they will do good before they become corrupted by the corporate influence.
Why is this important?
Their are memebers in congress who have been bought to do the will of corporations or special interest groups like big oiland coal. But if there are limits to their time maybe good can be done by them before they sell their souls over a longer period of time.
