We the undersigned stand opposed to discrimination based on real or perceived sexual and/or gender identity. We support the legislatures efforts to pass PA House and Senate Bill 300.
Why is this important?
The LGBT community is faced with discrimination for all public accommodations across PA. It is legal to fire someone for being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. Likewise, it is legal to deny someone credit, housing, service in a restaurant, a job or promotion, solely based on that individual's sexual identity. PA House Bill and Senate Bill 300 will fix the law to protect the LGBTQ community.
