To: President Donald Trump, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate

A Constitutional Crisis Continues in Colorado

PREAMBLE: This First Amendment Petition for a "Redress of Grievances" is enacted by WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO under our inalienable rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and carries the full force of law:

Colorado Senators Mike Bennet and Mark Udall. Colorado Congressional Representatives: Jared Polis, Mike Coffman, Cory Gardner, Doug Lamborn, Diana DeGette, Scott Tipton and Ed Perlmutter:

WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO hereby declare:

THE COLORADO OIL & GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION is unconstitutional. Therefore, your "Constitutional Oaths" to WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO demand an en bloc and public "Congressional Inquiry" into the constitutionality of the COLORADO OIL & GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION ACT.

Because 2014 is an election year and in order for WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO to judge your commitment to your "Constitutional Oaths"; WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO hereby demand: This "Congressional Inquiry" must be undertaken in the public arena and completed before May 1, 2014.

Why is this important?

(1) Because the unconstitutional COGCC is a "captured agency" of the Colorado Oil & Gas Fracking Industry. (2) Because WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO are injured and continue to receive injury to our persons, posterity and property, because the Oil & Gas Fracking Industry in Colorado operates under the impunity of "moral hazard".

Therefore, WE THE PEOPLE OF COLORADO hereby exercise our First Amendment rights and demand of you nine Members of Congress an expeditious "Congressional Inquiry" into the constitutionality and legality of the COLORADO OIL & GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION ACT.
