A corporation is not old enough to sign a contract.

By Ray Teller (Contact)

To be delivered to: The New York State House, The New York State Senate, Governor Andrew Cuomo, The United States House of Representatives, The United States Senate, and President Barack Obama

Petition Statement
Stop Corporate personage, or hold them accountable to the same standard a person must.

Petition Background

The Supreme Court has decided that Corporations are people, but a person cannot sign a contract or determine what is best for them until they reach the age of 18 years old.

All contracts entered into by a corporation before it's 18th year should be considered illegal contracts with a minor.

Furthermore, since none of these corporations have parents to provide for them they should all be considered wards of the state until they are old enough to make decisions for themselves.
