Petition Statement

The Unemployed are tired of being blamed for Congress's failure to address the Unemployment Crisis in this country for the last five years. We hereby demand that an unemployment benefits be extended until the unemployment rate drops below the historical average. We also demand that Congress pass legislation to create jobs so that this nightmare will finally be over for the hundreds of millions of Americans affected by this Congressional Failure.
