Stop bowing to the NRA and the gun lobby. The 2nd Amendment referred to single shot muskets for use against foreign invasion. We need sensible gun regulation to protect everyone from military style weapons that have no use except to easily kill large numbers of people.
Petition Background
It is time to mobilize against the unreasonable influence of the NRA. With only 4.3 million members, the NRA should not be the only voice that Congress hears in any discussion about gun regulation. There are many millions of citizens who need to be heard in favor of strong gun regulation and reform. Here's the place to speak out.
