Please help our abused animals ge ta second chance. The animal offenders list will give them that chance. Let the perpetrators know they can't hide anymore.
Why is this important?
If someone is caught abusing animals and they "may be" sent to jail, when they get out who's to say they won't do it again? And again? There are human offender lists, why not show the same compassion and love toward our best friends?
