Any Dog that Bites a Human must be killed
Let's finally get the priorities straight! What is more important the safety of children or the privilege of someone to own an animal as part of their family! How many people have felt threatened by dogs? How many bitten? How many drug dealers and criminals assert themselves with dogs? Any and ALL dogs that bite human beings must be killed!
Why is this important?
There are people that care more for their dogs than their neighbors of the homeless! They believe that their animals have more rights than their neighbors and the homeless! When I was a boy I had a neighbor sick his dog on me repeatedly while I was quietly playing in my backyard. I was chased by dogs on my paper route! If you want the streets safe for your children that is the first place to start! My mother was bit by a neighbors dog and she was never the same! You want to say that they have been useful in catching criminals and drug dealers but that isn't valid because those problems have only worsened! And they were indeed used in may cases of Genocide to hunt human beings! Lets get the priorities right!
