Ban Retroactive Interest

Credit card companies and banks offer zero interest for a limited time, but they hide in the fine print that if the balance isn't completely paid off before the end of the time that the interest will be applied all in one chunk all the way back to the original date of the transaction.

Why is this important?

Because it's not fair to consumers to charge retroactive interest.
