Dear Honored Governor Kitzhaber and State Senators and Represenatives,
Please ban the possession, sale, and trade of shark fins here in our great state of Oregon.
Why is this important?
I am starting this petition because this practice is appalling. Imagine chopping the leg off a farm animal and throwing it back out in the field to suffer and die of blood loss or infection.
