You wouldn't believe it unless you realize that we are now living in the most racially charged society since 1968. Ricky and Trina Lanier were railroaded to a KKK district in Tennessee where only 5% black population and Confederate flags flew in parking lot of the courthouse. Denied a Jury of their peers and when a juror went outside to consult a DA from adjacent county the judge refused a new trial or even allow the Defense to question the jurors. Wrong is wrong and this bad. Attorney General Loretta Lynch needs to know about this case.
Why is this important?
We want a new trial and new venue. We want to be able to question the jurors and we ask that the Federal Judge be dismissed for practicing institutional racism.
