Can The Barbaric Dead Beat Father's Act

The U.S GOV. is killing non custodial parents with its barbaric, bullying, medieval era minded DEAD BEAT FATHER'S ACT. A lot of fathers are forced to commit suicide to end this overt abuse of authority upon them. Go to Google and search CHILD SUPPORT=SUICIDE, there, you will see how this curse from hell is forcing non custodial parents to commit suicide. The non custodial parent usually commits suicide before or during the incarceration process. This barbaric act garnishes the wages, total tax refund checks, total economical stimulus checks, suspends drivers license, arrests, adjudicates, criminalizes and incarcerates non custodial parents who are living at a below poverty status and can’t afford to pay child support. This bullying act's enforcement measures causes endless destitution, homelessness, severely reduces the employability of non custodial parents frustrating the non custodial parent to the point of suicide. Employers will not hire people with an arrest record or criminal conviction. People who acquire an arrest record or criminal conviction can be locked out of the job market indefinitely. Employers have become extreme with background checks. Before one can begin the process of filling out an application employers announce on the front pages of the application that they will not consider an applicant with an arrest record or conviction. Convicts are subject to endless recidivism because of stupid background checks performed by unforgiving employers. The mere existence of employment background checks is the result of poor leadership in Washington! This brutal act will incarcerate homeless non custodial parents who are convicts and can't find a job to pay child support. This act denies passports to non custodial parents who owe child support. The U.S. Gov is holding us hostage for money. Debtor’s Court was abolished long ago! Where is our due process? Incarceration is the biggest burden on the tax payer not the so call dead beat parent. It cost $30K to $60K to incarcerate a convict per year. Incarceration consumes more than two thirds or more of a state’s fiscal budget each year. Therefore, incarceration is the biggest burden on the tax payer not the so called dead beat parent! The U.S. Constitution is supposed to protect us from abuses of authority by our government but it doesn’t for this act would have never passed in to law. This act represents by far the greatest abuse of authority in U.S. politic history! It appears that the only escape from this system of hell is suicide!
