Petition so that the Constitutional Interpretation with regard to ones right to LIBERTY means that we cannot be sold or given a commercial substance that is addictive; because addiction violates their Constitutional Right to LIBERTY because we are not at LIBERTY to stop taking it!
Why is this important?
Because I believe this is how the Constitution was meant to be interpreted to protect us. I believe peoples rights have been violated by an improper interpretation and hence their guarantied Rights to Life and the Pursuit of Happiness also violated. And It is about time someone stood up and said so!
This Constitutional Interpretation to Liberty also applies to Commercial Gambling Operations being a violation of your right to LIBERTY; because it is addictive and hence we are not at LIBERTY to stop gambling.
This interpretation means that we are not allowed to violate someone’s Guarantied Right to LIBERTY in the name of proceeds from sales and business activities from addictive substances or addictive activities; or similar concepts that create an addiction where there was not a need or want previously in the healthy human beings life.
