Defund TSA
Withhold funding for TSA until they respect the Constitution and the traveling public. Specifically, TSA must:
1. Remove and destroy all imaging machines that potentially can "see" under our clothing.
2. End invasive patdowns that involve touching genitalia unless there is probable cause to believe that the individual has committed a crime.
3. Cease immediately harassment of people who assert their constitutional rights during airport screening.
Why is this important?
The TSA has turned our airports into a "Constitution-free" zone where people are arbitrarily searched and forced into machines designed to show images of their naked bodies, all in clear violation of the Fourth Amendment. We are asking that all funds for this agency be withheld until they follow the procedures mandated by the amendment and stop interfering with the established right of the people to move freely from one state to another..
