DENY William Levea - Request for Medical Parole

William Levea has been in prison since November 20, 2009 for the brutal felony conviction of vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated, killing Christopher Spack . Levea's blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit and he recklessly and purposefully destroyed a man's life, body, and family. He not only killed Chris, he injured countless others, both physically that night and emotionally since then. Levea was sentenced to 6-18 years in prison. In 2014 he requested to be paroled due to health reasons that he would soon die. He was granted a hearing but was denied parole. He was eligible for parole on November 20, 2015, with a hearing in August of 2015 and was denied. He again requested to have a medical parole release in November of 2015 and was denied his chance at a hearing. Now, June, 2016 he has requested another medical parole hearing to be released. This is the 3rd Medical Parole Hearing that Levea has requested and every time he does, the family has to relive that night and plea with the parole board not to release him. To this day William Levea has never shown remorse to Chris' family or the others that he injured despite having many opportunities. The night he killed Chris, he laughed after seeing that he had killed a man and then attempted to leave the scene. Regardless of age and/or health this is not a man that should be allowed back into society.

On behalf of Chris and all of the victims, we are asking that you sign this petition if you believe William Levea should remain in prison and not be granted parole for any reason. Please help us keep William Levea in prison for his full term.

Why is this important?

Chris and the other victims deserve Justice, and that Justice can only be that William Levea is not allowed Parole.
