The obscenely titled Florida (un)Fair Foreclosure Act of 2012 is an insult to every man, woman and child in Florida. It is nothing but a back door bailout for the banksters and seeks to legitimize improper conduct of the banksters and their attorneys. Floridians will not be fooled by misleading titles and slogans and any legislator that signs onto this insulting legislation will be held accountable by the constituents in their district. STOP REWARDING THE BANKSTERS, THE CRIMINALS, THE WHITE COLLAR FRAUDSTERS, STAND UP FOR THE COMMON MAN (and woman)!
Petition Background
The obscenely misleading name of this proposed legislation is offensive. There is nothing "fair" about this legislation at all. It is a bailout for the banksters and legalizes their crimes and fraud. It strips away basic rights to be secure in one's home and allows banks to circumvent our court system and judges.
