Do you own your property? Or does Chevron?

To be delivered to The Colorado State House

Petition Statement

I urge you to vote no on Senate Bill 093 and all other attempts to give oil and gas companies the power to take my property to build pipelines. This plan is a threat to private property, health, safety and welfare.

It's common sense: oil and gas companies should not be allowed to use eminent domain to take private property in order to build fracking pipelines.
There are currently 4,064 signatures. NEW goal - We need 5,000 signatures!

Petition Background

Oil and gas companies could soon be able to take your property to build fracking pipelines!

The Colorado Supreme Court already decided against this plan. So the oil and gas industry introduced a bill in the Colorado state legislature to give themselves the power to condemn your property in order to build a fracking pipeline.

Tell your state legislator to vote against this bill today!
