End Sand Fracking In Wisconsin

The amount of frac-sand mining occurring in Wisconsin is increasing at alarming rates. Stop selling our sand to hydraulic fracturing companies on a quest to destroy our climate and our chance for a sustainable future.

Why is this important?

The hydraulic fracturing, or "fracking" business is creating a bigger problem to our lack of natural gas. The results of sand fracking include the destruction of Wisconsin's hills and bluffs, water pollution and quantity, air pollution, lower property values, infertile land, a rise in the lung disease silicosis, contamination of ground water, and other highly damaging effects.
