Expel Cruz and Cantor Now - Save Freedom

Our democratic process is based on the intent of the constitution. Considering the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was approved by both houses of a duly elected congress, signed by the President of the United State and vetted as constitutional by the Supreme Court of the United State, this is a law of the land and the will of the people.

In October of 2013 these men, in collusion with non-elected influence groups like Koch's PACs, FreedomWorks and the Heritage Foundation; initiated great disruption within congress against the will of the people.

Hard working American’s voted for certainty and improved opportunities for their families and communities. Ted Cruz and Eric Cantor subverted governance for their own purposes. Now Americans want justice.

Accusations:
1. Poor judgment by ignoring the will of a majority of Americans (voters)
2. Conflict of interest by following the will of outside organizations with hidden agendas
3. Rules changes and subverting an orderly budget process which has worked for centuries
4. Collusion and planning to hold the Good Will and Faith in the USA hostage for their cause
5. Allowing Koch's PACs, FreedomWorks and the Heritage Foundation undue influence (lobbyists)

Demand:
We demand that each congressional member agree to the following action and expedite this process with full transparency and accountability to voters including timely status reports.

The Constitution, Article. I., Section. 5., para 2: Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

1. Expel Cruz and Cantor as soon as possible
2. Increase transparency of rule changes that allowed this to take place - close loop holes
3. Investigate and report on the extent that Koch's PACs, FreedomWorks and the Heritage Foundation influenced decisions by elected representatives
