We, the Undersigned, call upon the Governor of the State of Arizona and the Arizona State Legislature (both Houses) to Compel the Arizona State Board of Elections and the Arizona State Attorney's General Office, Civil Rights Division, to Re-Canvass the Vote from the 03/22/2016 Democratic primary election for President of the United States of America for the purposes of ensuring a free, fair and open primary process in 2016. Because we believe that not all voters were best and well represented on that primary day for 2016 for the Great State of Arizona...

Why is this important?
This petition is important because when the President of the United States of America, Barack H. Obama the 2nd, was petitioned through his Administration's We the People and website t(he)y refused to act on the basis of the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, aka "the State's Rights Amendment".
Stating that this was a local and in fact a statewide matter. As such we are reaching out, through this petition, to the Governor of and State and the Legislature for the State of Arizona, also known as the Grand Canyon State, to compel the Arizona State Board of Elections and the Arizona State Attorney's General Office, Civil Rights Division, to re-canvass the vote in relation to the 03/22/2016 Democratic presidential primary to ensure that all registered voters were indeed heard from on that day, because there is reason to believe that they were not.
