Governor Cuomo: Ban fracking now

The Cuomo Administration's proposed regulations (High Volume Hydraulic Fracturing-Revised Proposed Regs, ID No. ENV-39-11-00020-RP) cannot and will not make fracking safe. Fracking is an inherently dangerous process, and I urge this Administration to call for a ban.

Petition Background

With a thirty day public comment period on new fracking regulations ending on January 11, we must generate thousands of public comments calling for a ban on fracking.
