Investigate Twin Falls gang rape!

Gang rape of 5 year old special needs child ignored!

Dear, concerned citizens we are calling for an investigation into the Twin Falls, Idaho sexual assault incident.

Our goal is find insight, and potentially Justice, into an incident that took place and was reported to police on June 2nd 2016.

Here are the details of the incident:

A special needs child (age 5) was playing in the laundry mat of her apartment complex, while her mom went to the bathroom for 2-3 minutes. Three boys (ages 14,7 and 10) dragged her out while holding a knife to her throat, stripped her, raped her, and urinated in her mouth and clothes, as they filmed it on their cellular device. As they were instructed to do so by the 14 year old as the others could not ejaculate do to age restrictions. Next the girl’s grandmother found her and alerted the girl's mother and police. Sometime in between, they were able to get the phone and give it to police.

They claim the boy's father came and gave them high fives. The police came 2 ½ hours later and were unable to do anything about it, due to the language barrier. As, all the boys mother could say was “no police.”

The main is problem, transparency! The police department said “no charges will filed until the investigation is complete. Is the investigation complete?! We don't know, as the record is sealed due to the fact minors were involved. The victims parents aren't even allowed to view the documents.

Now, the prosecuted disputes many elements of the incident. He even went so far as to jump the gun and imply that concerned citizens looking into the matter have an anti Muslim refugee bias. When apparently they weren't even refugees!

What we’re calling for is;

1. A lawyer or representative of the family be able to view the police report.

2. That, Grant Loebs the prosecutor of this case recuse himself, and that the attorney generals office put an impartial prosecutor in his place. We ask this because prosecutor Grant Loeb seems to have a bias in favor of the alleged perpetrators! Due to their racial, immigrant and religious background.

3. That, the current members of the city council who were asked to look into the matter, resign, as they showed a lack of interest in looking into this.

4. We ask that the community is assured that this kind of behavior is not allowed to be continued by immigrants and public officials.

update: As this is being written the victim’s family is unable to leave the apartment due to financial reasons. While the alleged perpetrators refuse to leave, even after being served with an eviction notice.. In fact, their kids continue to play with other kids at the apartment. While, the girl wears 2 pairs of underwear to “protect” herself, and is too scared to leave the apartment.
