This is in direct response to the group "Take Back Redding" creating a petition "No Handout Ordinance" which essentially will make it illegal to feed the homeless. Please sign this if you feel that a law making it illegal to feed the homeless in Redding is going to far.
Why is this important?
Update: "Take Back Redding" is disavowing the "no handout ordinance" petition.
