Based off other state laws such as California's PEN. CODE § 1547.The governor of Missouri would be allowed to put reward money on any person who has committed an offense punishable by death. www.justiceforjon.com
Petition Background
Jon's Law would allow the Governor to put reward money towards information leading to the conviction of people responsible for violent crimes that result in death to the victim.
