Judge Baugh should be removed from the Bench..

Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced a 53-year-old teacher to 15 years for the rape of a 14-year-old—and then suspended all but 30 days of that sentence. He proceeded to state that the 14-year-old was a willing participant. The victim eventually killed herself. What an outrage. The Montana Judicial Standards Commission MUST remove this repugnant judge from the bench—he is completely clueless about sexual assault.

Why is this important?

Judge Baugh has re-victimized the victim and blamed her for being raped. The teacher who raped her was 53 and given a 30 day sentence and the 14 year old girl was blamed as participatory. She eventually killed herself. Shameful behavior! A man with this attitude and belief system should not be allowed on the bench. I wonder how many other cases involving sexual assault he has used this outdated and disgusting point of view in sentencing.
