I created a petition to The Washington State Senate, Governor Jay Inslee, the FBI and Inspector General which says:
Both State, Federal Judicial, Executive & Legislative Fraud, "Criminal Felony RICO Judicial Corruption, Color of Law, Breech to Oath of Office Destroys Innocent Victims Lives & See's to it They Remain Destroyed. Due Process & Fair Non Cronyism, Non Corrupt , Honest Legal Services, Equal Justice is Confidently Refused to be Provided." by all Branch's of our Government and Law Enforcement both State & Federal.
Law Enforcement turns their back to its Victims . Pierce County Sheriff illegally carries out & enforces Null & Void Orders fraudulently obtained for criminal intent of Judicial retaliation.
This is not simply Cronyism, or Abuse of Discretion. This is Felony Fraud, Aiding & Abetting Criminal RICO Judicial Corruption. The Criminal Felony Misprisoning of RICO & Organized Crime. Treason to this Country and the People who are paying these Corrupt Government Actors.
This has cost us Billions of Tax dollars and personal dollars. It has cost some of us our children, our freedom, our Right to Trust our Government, our Credit, our Careers, our homes and assets, our peace of mind, health, safety and Quality of Life itself

Why is this important?
I was in a divorce with good credit ,several real estate assets, wife gone not helping with kids, business, financial responsibilities, nothing. Lawyers with blood hound noses for other peoples hard earned money & assets drug out 2.5yrs. while they embezzled over 80k in Real Estate Sales proceeds. Wife's attorney became Suspended from Practice twice, but Superior Court allows to continue to Practice Law while totally unlicensed. Defrauds me of my deed release after Court awarded me the home. Illegally strips child support rights from my innocent kids, the Criminally Corrupt liable Superior Court Signs illegal Orders and Aids & Abets Felony Criminal Acts to try and escape liability, accountability and public exposure. Intentionally Fails to Respond to 3 separate Time & Date Stamped Filed Notices of Felony Crime, Contempt of Court, Destruction of Good hard Earned Credit, illegally forced loss of New Affordable Mortgage, Impending Foreclosure & Life, Credit & Career Destroying Illegally Forced Bankruptcy To Avoid Public Disclosure of Truth and Financial Liability. State & Federal Judiciaries are so Flooded with Organized Crime Felony Corruption, Cronyism, Malfeasance, Gross Legal Abuse & Judicial Retaliation, They Frame and imprison innocent juvenile son holding Juvenile proceedings in complete secrecy kept from Father/legal Guardian, ignore fact that innocent son does not match description given by victim in age, weight , height, or hair color, refuses to allow innocent son to have a hair sample DNA test performed with the hair samples provided by victim already on prosecutors desk in front of Judge, refuse names & locations of the 3 real assailants who all fit description given by victim exactly, force father via Color of Law/ Extortion to pay $18,400 in restitution for crime he nor innocent son had any knowledge of or part in. Then fraudulently Converts title to home& property of prior 32yrs via violation of Void Judgment Doctrine When B.R. Judge recuses himself from case for being the attorney for mortgage comp. but court never provides new Unbiased Judge or allows to start fresh or provides Due Process. Fraudulently Converts Title to Lakefront home after it is secretly sold at non announced to public fake fraudulent auction for 100k with appraised value at $425,000. State Violates Statute that requires Jury for all Real Estate Proceedings, Violates right to Jury, Violate filed Jury Demand, Steals money already pre-paid for Jury and intentionally maliciously assigns improper Venue to corrupt Sup. Ct. commissioner so as to retaliate, obstruct Justice, avoid accountability, disclosure, liability and sends out 10-12 heavily armed Pierce County Sheriff's who illegally force entry, illegal evict innocent citizen from own home & Property , steals all possessions(over 100k) breaks into all locked vehicles, home, Office building and steals everything I own, then refuses to take theft report complete with on site pictures so I cannot even turn in claim to own insurance company. RICO Organized Crime Judicial Retaliation that has far exceeded legal Abuse, now resides with Legal Terror & warring upon Innocent Citizens to cover for their own Felony criminal Acts. Just like in Nazi Germany. Rendering the Entire State and Federal Judicial System Totally Defunct, unable & Refusing to produce fair equal justice, truth, lawfulness, & provide Due Process of Law. There is No United States Constitution & We Have No Guaranteed Rights, No Safety, No Legal Honest Government Services, Just Organized Crime & Criminal Felony RICO.
