To: The United States House of Representatives

Justice Scalia compared homosexuality to murder.

Justice Scalia's remarks regarding homosexuality reflect judicial bias
against an already oppressed portion of American citizens. The House of Representatives should prepare a bill of impeachment.

Why is this important?

Before the United States Supreme Court hears any case affecting the rights of homosexuals, Justice Scalia's bias against homosexual citizens disqualifies him from participating in the formation of any ruling by the court. As a United Methodist pastor my denomination and I personally believe that homosexuals no less than heterosexuals
are endowed by our creator with the rights provided by the United States Constitution. My faith and my duties as a citizen compel me to do all in my power to defend the rights of homosexuals, including their full protection by the courts. Instead, Justice Scalia abuses his office to deprive homosexuals of their rights.
