Keystone pipeline is bad for the environment

The keystone pipeline is and will continue to poison our land and air.

Why is this important?

This petition is to protect our land and air quality. The tar sands that are being refined give of worse emissions then regular crude, there in its self making the pipeline a piece of the equation in which the tar sands are then refined in the United states, therefore increasing our bad emissions.

The second part of this ppetition is that hundreds of leaks have occurred along the length of the pipeline, many in places where it has contaminated drinking water suppliwe, farming irrigation supplies and has left once fertile and green open spaces are now crude muck swamps and toxic land.

Please Mr Carper, don't allow big business and lobbyist tell us what's best for this country. Make a stand ans say no to the keystone pipeline.
