Laws to Protect unarmed Black Men from being killed by law enforcement officers.

The recent killings of Black Males has reached epidemic proportions throughout the country and local law officials seem to have a blatant disregard for the human rights of the Black Male population. If we are a Nation of Laws like we profess to be, then we need a law to stop these atrocities.

Why is this important?

Based on the number of Black Males being killed by Officers of the Law without any indictments or prosecution of these Officers. There is an apparent lack of laws to protect this segment of the population as is evident in the recent killings of Michael Brown, Eric Garner and so many others. In a Nation of Laws we need a Federal Law to protect these innocent victims from being killed before even getting to a hearing.
