Money is Not Speech - End Corporate Personhood

By Matt Schauenburg (Contact)

To be delivered to: The Wisconsin State House, The Wisconsin State Senate, Governor Scott Walker, The United States House of Representatives, The United States Senate, and President Barack Obama

Petition Statement
We the People of the United States of America firmly believe that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights. Elections are to be free and fair, not bought and sold by corporate donations. Put an end to corporate influence.

Petition Background

On January 21, 2010, with its ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations are persons, entitled by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government.
