Increase the availability of therapeutic services in the community (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as others). People belong in the community, and that is where they should receive services
Why is this important?
This petition is about why you should have more therapy services in the community instead of in the therapy center. This petition is important to me because I have cerebral palsy, I am 20 years old, and I no longer can receive adequate care in the therapy center because I am running out of goals. I belong in the community, and that is where I should always be.
