The two recent unprecedented abortion bans by the North Dakota senate are unconstitutional. I demand that Governor Jack Dalrymple does not pass House Bill 1456 and House Bill 1305.

Two unprecedented abortion bans by the senate are unconstitutional. We need to call the governor and demand that he does not pass this law:
"The passage of this law is nothing short of a frontal assault on the U.S. Constitution, 40 years of Supreme Court precedent, and the health and fundamental rights of women."
