President Obama seems determined to nominate Larry Summers for Chairman of the Federal reserve even though he, as much as anyone else, is responsible for the economic crash of 2008. It was he, as president Clinton's advisor, who convinced Clinton to de-regulate banks and to discard the Glass- Steagall law, which kept deposit banks from merging with investment banks, And now the president wants to reward him for a job DISASTROUSLY done.
