By signature on this petition, we, the people, citizens of the United States of America, respectfully, with deep conviction, say to President Barack Obama:
Five members of the organization 99Rise spoke, as a matter of urgent expression of personal conscience and on behalf of many millions of other U.S. Citizens, demanding that the "Contract For Sale to Highest Bidder" sign be immediately and permanently removed from all business conducted by the United States Government, including elections of public officials, both Federal and State. Large corporations and wealthy donors are now allowed to shape the behavior of our nation and are increasing control over enormous policy decisions -- which result in dire consequences for the majority of working people in this nation; yet many of the largest of these corporations pay no taxes on their massive income, employing convoluted legal strategies and loopholes, while the infrastructure of the United States crumbles for want of financial investment in its repair.
The trust of an enormous segment of the U.S. population in their Government has been deeply eroded; for many trust is gone.
The U.S. Supreme Court Decisions in "Citizens United" and McCutcheon v. FEC -- coupled with voting-repression tactics sullying the 2014 Midterm elections -- have pushed a bad situation to "critical mass."
Not all of us could envision, much less commit to and carry out the "landmark activism" (which sparkles with the true spirit of the first American Revolution) carried out by "99Rise." These people are heroic -- not criminal. They should be honored with medals for valor.
What we can do now is say: Send the Wall Street Bankers who crashed the U.S. economy in 2008 to prison (and not to a prison with a golf-course in the exercise area.)
And free all the disruptive members of 99Rise from all legal chargers forever; remove all records of any level of misconduct by these people from any and every place in which they may be or have been noted.

Why is this important?
This petition requests that President Barack Obama issue an Executive Order -- to remove any and all legal charges made against members of the Organization "99Rise" --for their verbal statements made in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. The actions of the members of "99Rise" in the Supreme Court should be formally noted to be acts of true heroism-- taken in the spirit of the original American Revolution which founded the United States of America. Had it not been for the heroism of people capable of acting in such a spirit -- long ago -- the United States of America would not exist.
