Prosecute House Republicans for Seditious Conspiracy
All Congressional leaders take an oath to uphold and support the Constitution.
But despite the ACA being the law of the land, the Tea Party Republicans, Ted Cruz, Speaker John Boehner and the Koch Brothers, have manufactured and premeditated the Government shutdown, and purposefully and malicious threatened to harm the full credit and faith of the United States economy by not passing the debt ceiling unless 100% of their demands are met, thus holding the entire economy and the American people hostage. These Tea Party and Republican strategies created by the above stated undermine the Constitutional process, violate oaths of office and these acts should be considered Seditious Conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 2384) under US Law.

Seditious Conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 2384) Definition:
"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both."
