Immediately remove the Kentucky county clerk who is defying federal law by denying marriage licenses to the LGBT community due to her religious beliefs. The laws of the state of Kentucky and the United States of America have mandated that the civil right of lawful marriage is for every United States citizen of legal age.
Why is this important?
I am a supporter of all Civil Rights to every American and am appalled by the refusal by a County Clerk to obey Federal Law which mandates marriage licenses be issued to all, including the LBGT Community. Please sign my petition to be directed to Governer Steve Bershear immediately.
