Please co-sponsor and fight to pass the Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2014.
Why is this important?
The Voting Rights Act is the foundational civil rights legislation passed by Congress. Last year's Supreme Court decision weakened critical provisions of the Act. Congress can restore those protections right now by passing this bill. Rep. Matsui should be in the forefront of the charge to ensure voting rights of all Americans by cosponsoring and fighting for the strongest bill possible.
