Revoke Bitcoin Core commit access of all Blockstream employees

There is clear consensus in the community that Blockstream employees are either distorting bitcoin as described by its creator in "Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System (...) A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution" or are completely inert.

Revoke Bitcoin Core commit access of all Blockstream employees.
