Citizens of Washington State who are 21 years or older, should have the right to grow a reasonable number of cannabis plants for their own consumption.
Why is this important?
If citizens in Washington over the age of 21 can make their own alcohol, they should certainly be able to grow their own cannabis. For people desiring clean or medical grade cannabis, the current recreational market is doing a poor job of supplying it. Growing one's own cannabis allows one to ensure that they have clean cannabis to consume and allows them to save money.
