Just Foreign Policy
We call on Rodney Davis and John Shimkus to support the Iran nuclear agreement and to commit to supporting diplomacy, not another disastrous Middle East war.
Why is this important?
The U.S., Iran, and the international community have reached a historic agreement to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon. Unfortunately, so far Republicans like Rodney Davis and John Shimkus are bowing to pressure from pro-war special interest groups committed to undermining diplomacy, and are trying to block the agreement in Congress. Urge Davis and Shimkus to support the deal by signing our petition.
UPDATE: (Monday, August 24): On Wednesday, August 26, there is a national day of action to press Congress to support the deal.
