Petition Statement
We're calling on the Board of Supervisors to stand up for our students, teachers and all school employees and stop the devastating funding cuts to the Madison County school system.
Petition Background
Tell our Board of Supervisors that we will NO LONGER accept minimum funding and drastic funding cuts to our school system. Our schools are deteriorating and overcrowded after years of neglect and postponed repairs and improvements. Our teachers are the lowest paid in the area. Our children, teachers and staff deserve to learn and teach in positive environments with up to date textbooks, safe equipment, appropriate instructional tools and technology.
