The emergency financial manager in Detroit now indicates, if Detroit goes into bankruptcy, the art in our 130 year old nationally renowned Detroit Institute of Art could be sold to pay debts!

Tell all your friends that this is unacceptable. This issue effects all of us everywhere - not just Detroiters.

The State and City government officials and EFM Orr need to do everything they can to be sure the Detroit Institute of Arts and its collections are protected.
