Selective recount

Whereas:
1 there has been suspicion that Donald Trump is in collusion with the Russian government,
2 the Russian government has the motive and ability to hack US voting machines
3 successful hacking in a close election need only involve a few counties in swing states
4 Pennsylvania was a swing state that unexpectedly went red
5 Erie County in particular flipped from blue to red

Now therefore

A selective recount of the election results must be taken, starting with Erie County Pennsylvania. The voting machines there must be carefully examined by computer experts for signs of hacking.

If hacking is uncovered, more counties in swing states must be recounted.
