We are here to tell you we support the Port of Georgetown in South Carolina. The neglect has gone on long enough. It's time the port received proper dredging funds to revive Georgetown County with new, prosperous jobs. We urge you to act now!
Petition Background
South Carolina's 7th Congressional District includes the Georgetown port. Time and time again, the port has been neglected by elected officials. It's time they stand up and vocally support or port and get dredging funds it desperately needs. Our action could result in forcing the new lawmaker to dredge our port and bring new jobs to Georgetown County in S.C. It's now time we tell all those who have the power to help Georgetown to do so now.
