Stop the change to Idaho's Voter Initiative Law in the Idaho legislature, that would put geographical limitations on collecting signatures for a Voter Initiative/Referendum. The protection of Idaho's voting rights is very important whether you are Republican, Democrat, Independent, Libertarian, or Constitutionalist.
Petition Background
Our current Voter Initiative/Referendum Laws in Idaho uphold the public's right to have a voice in government. The State House of Representatives will soon be debating a change in this law that will put geographic restrictions on how signatures are collected. This will make Voter Initiatives more difficult and is like taking away our 2nd Amendment Rights to defend against excessive governmental control.
