Petition Statement
Pass a memorial or amend Idaho's Sunshine Law to limit or eliminate corporate contributions and the operation of poltical action committees (PACs) in the State of Idaho.
Petition Background
We feel it is important to limit the infuence of big business in the state and local election process, as well as nationally. The influence of big money from both in-state and out-of-state corporations and so-called PACs in Idaho policy matters, legislation and elections has had an undue influence and should be limited if not stopped altogther.
