Early Plein Air woman-painter Anna Hills’original home is set to be demolished and razed to build a mega hotel. Anna Hills led efforts to build the Laguna Beach Art Museum. She was a trailblazer and helped lead the effort to make Laguna Beach a nationally recognized arts colony. Mayor Bob Whalen, let this not be your legacy.
Why is this important?
Laguna Beach will lose another site of historic and artistic significance if Mayor Whalen allows this to happen.
