Stop the Animal Brutality in Para, Brazil

Join us in protesting the actions of Marcelo Pamplona, mayor of Para, Brazil, who, instead of using spay/neuter funds for their intended purpose, posted a bounty of $2.50 per male dog, $5.00 for females, causing the suffering and brutal deaths of hundreds of animals at this time.

Why is this important?

10,000 signatures needed! Please join VVSA Humane Society in Bridgewater, VT in protesting the actions of Brazilian Mayor Marcelo Pamplona who used spay/neuter funds as bounty for the slaughter of dogs in his city: $2.50 per male dog, $5.00 for females. In this impoverished area, it is enough to have caused the needless suffering and brutal deaths of hundreds of animals at this time. There are still dogs on a nearby island, that are slowly being starved to death.
